“Placed a small order 9 days ago. They sent confirmation and said I'd get notified when it shipped. On day 8 I emailed for an update. They said they'd look into it and never responded after that. They charged my card pretty quickly, though. Pretty sure the website is just a scam.
Also, you have to download some stupid app just to track your shipment. Considering it was supposed to ship through UPS, that seems pretty suspicious. Not that I ever got a tracking number anyway.”
“They are amazing! They went above and beyond. I ordered a couple items that were out of stock, they contacted me and upgraded the items I chose. They also reached out until I received the items. They actually cared!
If you need some gear, buy it from a company who have people who want happy customers! I’ll definitely order from them next time I break a device!”
