“Came into store today wanting to buy a few things for the kids but, I wanted to asked if they had any paddling pools still in stock. When I approached the customer service I had to wait for the staff to finish their conversation. When they had finished, I asked if they had any paddling pools in stock, both of them laugh at me and said they won’t be getting any in. Back to Amazon I guess. No wonder why the high street shopping is dieing with customer service like this!”
“Product tampered with. I clicked and collected a box of Lego for £130, when I took the box out of the car all the lego pieces fell out! On examining the box it was obvious the box had been tampered with. I did not take the item back straight away as I thought the shop would be closed due to lockdown (I picked the item up the day before lockdown). I called head office and they told me to take it back for an exchange. I took it back to the shop in Reading, Berkshire, the manager refused to exchange the product for a new unopened box and accused me of opening and damaging the box myself! My son now has a damaged box for Christmas and a product that quite possibly has missing parts. Very unhappy customer. Will never buy from here again, ever.”
