“I had problems with the site manger at Countryside Homes. The manager kept trying to tell me that everything was perfect with the house. I decided to get a second opinion and went for a Snagging Survey. I had SnagRight UK check the property and Steve the surveyor found loads of issues. We had a site meeting on site after the inspection and the Site Manager agreed to fix the problems I had experienced with my new home. I am very happy with the outcome of the service provided by SnagRight and would highly recommend them.”

“We have been invited to leave feedback on a snagging survey we had completed back in 2019. We used SnagRight UK to check our new home as we didn’t really understand what to look for. We found the surveyor engaging and he found over 300 issues with the property. We gave the survey to our builder and they have almost completed all the items. They have ordered replacement doors for our kitchen. We are due a re- inspection once all the works have been finished. Overall money well spent and would have the survey done again if we decide to purchase a new home in the future.”

“We purchased a new home back in 2019. After researching problems with new builds we decided to have a snagging survey done. We choose SnagRight UK and are very happy with the service received. Steve our surveyor was on time and did a great job. I would highly recommend SnagRight UK if your buying a new build.”
