Refund - Difficult

I have only been subscribed for three weeks, the first two weeks were delivered on time. I am seeking a refund for the third week since I still have not received it and it was supposed to be delivered three days ago.

I have only been signed up for a couple of boxes and I have already had two that I have had to throw away and receive a refund on.

My experience has been awful lately. I have not had my meals in over a month. Each week they just refund what was paid, but there is nothing extra done for the inconvenience.
