The meeting went really well, and Ms. Isha Lamba gave me a clear idea of how I could get started. What stood out to me was that, unlike many other suppliers, I never received any follow-up calls or pressure to sign up immediately. Over the next few months, I requested two more meetings—altogether spending about five hours across three sessions. During each meeting, Isha patiently answered all my questions but never once pushed me to purchase a plan or rush my decision. Finally, I decided to onboard with them in September 2025. Looking back, I must admit both their pre-sales and post-sales support have been excellent.
