“Terrible correspondence, I was advised that product was damaged so I was asked if I would like to wait for product to come back in stock. I asked how long this would be via email twice and still no reply in around 2 weeks.”
“Excellent service from Snowdon Timber. The timber arrived well packaged and exactly as described. Great quality, fast delivery, and very helpful customer service. It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommended!”
“Bought sleepers and decking for my garden project and I’m really pleased with the quality. I wasn’t completely sure what I needed, so I gave them a call and they were really helpful, giving me advice and talking me through the options. Great products, good service and very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.”

“Excellent experience from start to finish. The timber arrived exactly when promised, and the delivery driver was friendly and helpful. The quality of the wood exceeded my expectations, straight, well-finished, and clearly sourced to a high standard.
Pricing was very competitive compared to other suppliers I looked at, and the value for money was excellent considering the quality received. Communication throughout the order process was clear and professional, making everything hassle-free.
I would definitely use this company again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality timber, reliable delivery, and great customer service.”
“I live locally so popped in. Couldn’t be more helpful, even told me about a special, so I save a good bit of money.
Delivered on request, at time requested. Even got help up the driveway!
All good. Will order again soon”
