“I placed multiple orders for likes and followers. Some were partially delivered and then dropped, while others were never delivered at all.
I reported these issues within the stated delivery timeframe and submitted multiple refill requests. None of the problems were resolved.
The most serious issue is that the company has effectively blocked customer communication:
There is no direct email address
All contact must go through their website
Selecting either general support or order support does not send the message
When attempting to update a ticket, I am asked to enter my email and ticket number and told a link will be sent. The link simply redirects back to the same page, creating an endless loop and making it impossible to reply or provide updates
At this point, I am receiving automated emails only, with no actual resolution to the likes and followers issues.
As a result, customers are left with:
Undelivered or unstable services
No functioning support channel
No practical way to request refills or refunds
This is not just poor service, it is a failure of basic customer support and accountability. I would strongly caution others before purchasing, as there appears to be no functional way to resolve issues once something goes wrong.”
