“Weeks of “Refill” Promises, Zero Results
I ordered Twitter (X) followers on January 6, 2026. The order was marked “Completed” almost immediately — but nothing was delivered.
When I contacted support, they repeatedly told me they had “started processing the refill.” That same message was sent over and over again across several weeks.
No followers ever appeared.
The ticket was closed multiple times without resolution, and each time I reopened it, I received the same generic refill response. At one point, I was even told I would “see them within a day or two.” That never happened.
More than a month later:
• Order still marked completed
• Zero followers delivered
• No refund issued
• Only template replies
What concerns me most is the pattern — marking orders as completed while nothing is delivered, then cycling through “refill processing” messages without actual results.
If you expect real delivery or meaningful support, this was not my experience.
I cannot recommend this service.”

I opened Support Ticket #4683888 after my order was marked “Completed” despite no followers being delivered.
Here is the timeline:
January 10, 2026 (4:26 PM) – SocialWick emailed saying they had “started processing your order refill.”
At that time, my followers had not increased at all.
I replied questioning what exactly they were refilling since nothing had been delivered and asked whether they were waiting for the 30-day period to pass.
January 12, 2026 (4:48 PM) – They replied: “We are currently updating your order. Thank you for your patience.”
→ Still no followers delivered.
January 14, 2026 – I followed up. No delivery.
January 16, 2026 – Followed up again. No delivery.
January 19, 2026 – Asked if I had been scammed due to no response.
January 23, 2026 – Followed up again.
January 24, 2026 (4:55 PM) – They again stated they had “started processing your order refill.”
→ Still nothing delivered.
February 14, 2026 – More than a month later, nothing had been delivered, and I asked what exactly they were trying to refill.
Throughout this period:
The order remained marked “Completed.”
No followers were delivered.
“Refill processing” was repeatedly claimed but never executed.
Responses were generic and repetitive.
Offering “free refills” is meaningless if nothing is delivered in the first place and refill requests are handled with template responses while the order remains marked complete.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service.”
“I placed multiple orders for likes and followers. Some were partially delivered and then dropped, while others were never delivered at all.
I reported these issues within the stated delivery timeframe and submitted multiple refill requests. None of the problems were resolved.
The most serious issue is that the company has effectively blocked customer communication:
There is no direct email address
All contact must go through their website
Selecting either general support or order support does not send the message
When attempting to update a ticket, I am asked to enter my email and ticket number and told a link will be sent. The link simply redirects back to the same page, creating an endless loop and making it impossible to reply or provide updates
At this point, I am receiving automated emails only, with no actual resolution to the likes and followers issues.
As a result, customers are left with:
Undelivered or unstable services
No functioning support channel
No practical way to request refills or refunds
This is not just poor service, it is a failure of basic customer support and accountability. I would strongly caution others before purchasing, as there appears to be no functional way to resolve issues once something goes wrong.”
“It starts off good. You get the followers you pay for but within a week they all unfollow you. Every single account! Within a week your account will be back with the same amount of followers you had before. Don't waste your money”

“DO NOT USE THEM!! All followers disappeared after 3 days. Contacted support which took over 2 weeks to respond. When they responded they said they refilled it, but still no increase in followers. Contacted them again (had to wait another 2 weeks) they said the same thing even though there was still no new followers. Contacted them again (it's now been 2 months with no helpful support and long wait times between replies.) they now said since it's been over 60 days since my order that they cannot help me!! I've contacted the bank to reverse the charge and report them for fraud. Do not use this service!!”

“SCUMMY SCAMMERS. DO NOT order from this website. Paid but the order "couldnt be fulfilled", the money i spent is now left as credit for something they can't fulfill. I've emailed them 10 times and there has been 0 contact. I will be pursuing legal action in the new year but want everyone to know NOT to order from this scam.”
“I thought I'd dip my toe and use social wick as I have ongoing social media / marketing requirements. I started off small and purchased 100 LinkedIn 'Likes' and I think it's fair to say social wick delivered only 30. Each of the 'likes' was from a oriental sounding name with no profile picture and a dubious looking profile and for the most part with no connections.
I reached out 3 times to social wick, and on the first email they said they'd looked and it and they'd sort it. They never did sort it by fulfilling what I paid for and they ghosted my last two emails to them.
My advice to you on whether to use social wick is to AVOID them, like I will be doing moving forward.”
