Contacted them again (it's now been 2 months with no helpful support and long wait times between replies.) they now said since it's been over 60 days since my order that they cannot help me!! “SCUMMY SCAMMERS. DO NOT order from this website. Paid but the order "couldnt be fulfilled", the money i spent is now left as credit for something they can't fulfill. I've emailed them 10 times and there has been 0 contact. I will be pursuing legal action in the new year but want everyone to know NOT to order from this scam.”
“I thought I'd dip my toe and use social wick as I have ongoing social media / marketing requirements. I started off small and purchased 100 LinkedIn 'Likes' and I think it's fair to say social wick delivered only 30. Each of the 'likes' was from a oriental sounding name with no profile picture and a dubious looking profile and for the most part with no connections.
I reached out 3 times to social wick, and on the first email they said they'd looked and it and they'd sort it. They never did sort it by fulfilling what I paid for and they ghosted my last two emails to them.
My advice to you on whether to use social wick is to AVOID them, like I will be doing moving forward.”
