“Your socks are wonderful and I love them since I had visited your shop in Edinburgh one year ago! The shipping was as expected and the socks arrived one week later in Germany. Everything fine except one thing: when I got the parcel the parcel deliverer told me, I had to pay 84€ for it. The total amount of my order was around 246€ including shipping which I had paid before and which was ok for me. What I did not know and also did not expect was that I had to pay 1/3 of my order additionally for duty and a service charge for the delivery company. Some other websites inform you about such additional costs before confirming the order. This is really annoying. If I had known this before I wouldn't have ordered or changed my order. Unfortunatelly the most expensive socks I have ever bought...”

“Have previously bought Christmas bamboo socks from the shop but this time I bought 3 pairs of plain bamboo socks online. They are very comfortable and you can feel the difference. My only problem is because I am a size eight, and these are size 7 - 11, they feel a bit big but that’s OK. The online ordering and delivery was good with no problems. I will buy from here again.”

“I really appreciate the unique variety of socks and the excellent quality of the materials. However, I encountered some challenges with my recent purchase, particularly when selecting several pairs as gifts. It was frustrating to find many popular styles marked as "Sold Out," which limited my options. Additionally, I opted for next-day shipping but unfortunately received my order four days later. This delay diminished the value of paying extra for expedited delivery. I believe that increasing inventory and enhancing shipping efficiency would greatly improve the shopping experience. Thank you for considering this feedback!”
