“ DELIVERY ON ORDER WAS PROMISED WITHIN 3 - 5 BUSINESS DAYS - 10 DAYS LATER STILL DO NOT HAVE PACKAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE CANT BE EASILY REACHED AND IF YOU CAN CONTACT THEY DONT FOLLOW THROUGH RETAIL STORE SAYS THEY CANT DO ANYTHING - IT HAS TO BE CUSTOMER SERVICE ”

“ I ordered a pair of shoes online and asked to pick up at a store. A charge of $6:99 was added to my bill! When I changed the location to my home which is 3 minutes from the mall it charged me 4:54 When i inquired with SoftMoc they advised certain items have a delivery fee! I was very disappointed will not be shopping here again!! How is it I drive to pick up my item at your store and you charge the customer a delivery fee!! Unacceptable!!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 ”

I ordered a pair of shoes Friday morning 4:30am at work, the order quotted Monday shipped, so I placed being someone from my household would be home Monday, and I get home from work (split) to an email saying it was shipped and a missing package! delivery date of said item is dated 3 days after actual drop off, and the updates are not accurate, Item was stolen and SoftMoc offers 15% off 😂😂 ”
