DELIVERY ON ORDER WAS PROMISED WITHIN 3 - 5 BUSINESS DAYS - 10 DAYS LATER STILL DO NOT HAVE PACKAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE CANT BE EASILY REACHED AND IF YOU CAN CONTACT THEY DONT FOLLOW THROUGH RETAIL STORE SAYS THEY CANT DO ANYTHING - IT HAS TO BE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a pair of shoes online and asked to pick up at a store. A charge of $6:99 was added to my bill! When I changed the location to my home which is 3 minutes from the mall it charged me 4:54
When i inquired with SoftMoc they advised certain items have a delivery fee!
I was very disappointed will not be shopping here again!! How is it I drive to pick up my item at your store and you charge the customer a delivery fee!!

SoftMoc hires the cheapest courier companies. I ordered a pair of shoes Friday morning 4:30am at work, the order quotted Monday shipped, so I placed being someone from my household would be home Monday, and I get home from work (split) to an email saying it was shipped and a missing package! delivery date of said item is dated 3 days after actual drop off, and the updates are not accurate, Item was stolen and SoftMoc offers 15% off ππ

I asked if I could pick them up at the other store because they never got them in their delivery today and she said they donβt ship on weekends so they wonβt come in until next week sometime.
