In 2021 I purchased a Microsoft `Outlook facility from you and it came with a lifetime licence. I have just had my computer upgraded so that it runs faster ands tried to use the Word facility/ I am now being told I must activate `Microsoft 365 to create and edit as many "lifetime licence" is not supported with this version of the application. It was supported before the upgrade (so my computer would run faster). Surely a lifetime licence should apply and be useable.
