“They sold me a product key that was invalid and refuse to provide a valid product key or refund. In fact they haven't replied to any of my messages or emails. They advertise 24/7 but almost a 1 week cannot get a response from anyone. No refund ,no contact thus far.Stay away from these guys. Scam”
“Ordered a product key and it was reported as invalid when I tried to install and register the software. I sent them a message right away (within 20 minutes of purchase) and I have not received any kind of reply. My credit card company has refunded my money, and are taking care of the situation. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS. This place is nothing but a scam.”
“The key they provided for Office 21 was reported by Microsoft as invalid, and even using their tortuous installation process it still didn't work. I emailed their support many times and got no reply.
If it's not a scam, then it might as well be because you get nothing for your money.
Luckily I paid with Amex and they refunded my payment pending an investigation”
“I have purchased from them in the past and they have been quick to provide me with another key if they didnt work. However now; i ordered office plus 2021 and the key is not working. they arent answering emails and they have taken down the chat box as well. This spells trouble for them. Wouldnt recommend anyone purchase going forward.”

“I have purchased here a number of times and the product licenses they supply are tricky to install. They also have neglected to provide the tool needed up front to install. I have waited up to 15 days before for them to respond with support. This time it has been 27 days and they have still not responded. It seems as if they have one person working and they have a full-time job already. Right now I am out of my money. I will keep you all updated to let you know if they respond.”
