My time in the studio, was amazing. Like most of these other reviews. But now it seems they’ve taken my money. A lot of money, and won’t respond to my e mails or requests for my portfolio. Can’t even get through on the phone. Think I’m going to have to open a fraud case and try to get my money back. This is so so wrong they can do this to people.

Beware - they will do your hair and make up but they won't show you the pics unless you get 'selected' after a long pitch about how much work they will get you they then tell you that you just have to pay for your portfolio and package and they will do the rest by getting you endless jobs. Their success rate being 98%. There are 4 packages the cheapest was around 3675 and the top one was over £2000 for this you will get some of the pictures, a zip card, a website if you go for the higher package. Someone called Gayle will help you every step of the way. Well I paid for one of the packages and got some of the photos which were average. Then I was contacted the next day by an agency they referred me to who wanted £200 for me to join them and then they would get me work. But that was what they had said the package was for. The following day I was referred another agency, who called me and gave me the exact same speech that the guy at the studio had given me and wanted £180 to get me work. Needless to say I have had no work through them - I was told that I wouldnt have to pay for any further agencies when in reality they both wanted to charge me for what I am not sure. Most agencies take a fee from the client and do not charge a deposit/subscription ect. If you want to have a photo shoot go somewhere local or get a friend to take some pics. This was such a waste of time and sadly money.

Was asked to put a deposit £100 down but wouldn’t book me in a time schedule that fitted both parties and now they freely took my money and ignored all my emails! Return my money!

Do not trust Soho Fashion Studios. They are a scammer and after your money only. As soon as you pay for your images, which you should not, they will ignore and dismiss you. Soho Fashion Studios are not trustworthy and should be exposed as the fraudsters they really are. They provide misleading information in order to trick you into taking your money. Kane, Gayle, Lauran are some of the names I came into contact with and they are as useless as you can imagine. Do not do business with Soho Fashion Studios.

Would have given no score if I could . They suck vunerable older people in . I am struggling to get a refund as they failed to tell me that other concerns they alert want even more money . I asked before I paid and Lucas said no there wouldn’t be and my daughter came with me and heard the very same I knew as soon as I paid £800 I had made a grave error and as it was late in the evening as soon as I paid the staff scattered so I let them know by email within the very next day easily within 24 hours I wanted them to refund. The salon jewellery was dirty and I had rashes on both ears the next day and they totally ignored my please as they wanted to get their products out to everyone and me to say they had fulfilled their side of the bargain but I reiterate they DID NOT tell me there would be more requests from me for more money to people to promote my image Why on earth have they have caused me so much stress.. its vile . I will contact trades and standards and the press re this if they continue to ignore there is no need whatsoever to treat people this way

The managers don’t take the time to read their emails throughly or correctly and then they make false accusations. Especially when they say that a model has misled them when they haven’t & they’ve been nothing but honest especially about their disability & learning difficulties and the company doesn’t take the time to make special allowances for people like myself. They even falsely accused me of being manipulative and I don’t understand how can be if I don’t understand what it means to be manipulative. Avoid this company because they are dishonest and discriminatory, plus if a model decides to not purchase the photos and they ask for a refund of a direct debit set up with the company, then their company is on the go slow to refund the model so then the former model has to speak to the bank about getting their money back. I also thought it was odd to be asked to pay for an interview. I couldn’t understand why I also had to pay a £200 deposit.

Had a long, bewildering phone call with Elle at Online Models/ model network/ digital fashion photography limited. Made all sorts of promises and then asked for a deposit to book a photoshoot to get more work for me. I've done lots of work in creative industries for 16 years and never once had to pay to to book a place on a photoshoot. Told her I was going to Google more about the company and she said, and I quote "I don't need a person whose not committed, so yeah, see you never". Just an absolute waste of an hour of my life.

I am of Asian origin but the set of photos they set me was of a white gut guy who looked like a drug dealer. They then continued to insist that hey have a strict policy of approving photos and the photos sent is of me - scammers Soho Fashion Studios - scam artists The first photo is of me. The second photo was sent by Soho Fashion Studios claiming to be me. For a person of colour who is proud of his heritage and stature, I was somewhat surprised that they insisted that I am one and the same person. They state that they have a policy to ensure a strict code of efficiency. People of colour do not find it a compliment to be depicted as white let a lone a guy who resembles someone who has come out of prison. They accused me of extortion, rudeness, lying and now they infer that I am a white man. They wanted £2,300 but I refused
