“I was so disappointed about my recent visit to Kettners - having been a customer over the years I feel that the customer service was very poor the evening I arrived for early pre-supper drinks. It wasn't a particularly busy evening but the staff weren't attentive and when they did arrive to take orders, were very disinterested. When you pay £17 for a cocktail you do want to be treated well or at least made to feel welcome.”
