“Excellent support and service up to purchase. Manuals are not in correct grammar English. Technical Datasheets do not have all the information. Companion APP and software has terrible support. Pricing is high compared to other sellers. Return policies are absolutely atrocious. Yes, they will return any item NOT USED. Read the fine print on their web site. If there is a piece of cardboard missing, or a tiny paper that was included in the package, they will make you pay every penny. BUYER BEWARE!”
