“I found lights to go very helpful. When I originally ordered my new strip light the order was confirmed immediately and it arrived within 2 days. It came when they said it would and was well packaged. Sadly one of the fuorescent tubes was damaged, you couldn't blame lights to go and when I contacted them they were very helpful, and sent out a replacement immediately. I cannot fault the service.”

“Ordered 2 chandeliers at a fraction of the high street price. Items were delivered in 2 days with an excellent courier tracking system. Unfortunately one of the chandeliers was damaged and without hesitation a replacement for the damaged item was dispatched. I would highly recommend this supplier to anyone.”

“Ordered Monday morning received next day at around 1.30 pm. Difficult to believe order completed so quickly. Haven't fitted the light yet but it looks fine. Service better than very good.”

“Ordered a glass pendant shade which arrived, extreme ley well packed within 36 hours, will be fitted by our electrician next week. Delivery service excellent-I received emails and texts updating me and was provided with an hour long delivery window, which was adhered to. Very impressed all round so far. Looking forward to seeing the light in position.”

“As I have said in my email, I am thrilled with my baby Fisherman's lamp...but am incredibly pleased eith the speed and efficiency of the order being processed to its final delivery. I don't think I have ever been kept informed as much this! Not only did I only make the purchase on Thursday morning, but I heard by Thursday afternoon that the order was being delivered the next day...and was also given a devery slot of an hour. The light came within the delivery time allowed, which meant I didn't have to hang about all day. If only other companies learnt from you. Thank you so much!”

“Extremely impressed with the customer service, we had a damaged crystal and a couple of bulbs didn't work, they responded to my email quickly and sent out replacement parts. What more can I say. I will buy from this company again and recommend to friends PS. The crystal lights are amazing.”

“Could not fault the service i was kept up to date, even the name of the person who was delivering the parcel and what time he was coming. If you want to order a light from this company and you get the same service as me you will not be disappointed. Would use again excellent .”
