“I sent 4 emails about my concern and no one has responded. They respond promptly to inquiries however, for concerns they don’t. I ordered 3 contacts and was very excited to wear them. I got them very quickly. I tried all of them on and was good until an hour. And two hours and three. I had to take them off on the 4th hour as my eyes couldn’t bare the burning. It gradually felt very uncomfortable. My eyes were burning. Even after I took off my contacts, my eyes can barely open and tearing non-stop. I reached out to them so I cab return and I can get a refund. No one ever responded. It is very disappointing. I spent a lot of money thinking I got quality contacts but nothing about it is quality.It is really very upsetting. Not even an email back to acknowledge receipt of my concern or any service recovery solution.”
“I wanted to love these but I can't wear for more than 2 hours. My vision gets blurry after a few hours and they are very scratchy. Super disappointed and don't waste your money on these, I should have read the reviews first.”
“Contacts are NOT natural looking as website claims. I have dark brown eyes; ordered the Solflex in Cristal and the Aquarella in Sienna Brown and will not be wearing either. WASTE OF MONEY. Not sure how this brand is getting so much PR about how fabulous the lenses are, but don't be fooled. If you don't care that it is
obvious that you are wearing colored contacts, then you'll probably be happy. I personally think people look terrible with "fake looking eyes". But if the goal is to look like your eyes are naturally a different color than what you were born with then DO NOT ORDER.”
“Got my lenses through and they’re super scratchy and unwearable. Caused my eyes to blur and tear up. Can feel the irritation as soon as I put them in. I decided to look reviews up online to see if anyone else had this issue and I found lots of reviews online of people experiencing the same.
I have bought from Solotica for YEARS. You would think they’d help me out. Instead they wanted me to send a picture of my lenses and include my prescription which would be absolutely pointless.
For me to spend £80 on unwearable lenses is unacceptable and I will be going back to my previous provider Desio as I never had any issues with them.”
