“I was excited to get my contacts because the ones I had been wearing for many years (Freshlook colors) discontinued their colored lenses. I ordered blue, which is what I have always worn. They arrived nicely packaged, but within a couple of hours of inserting them, they became very uncomfortable and my eyes were burning. Fortunately, I brought a case and some solution and glasses with me so I was able to take them out. My eyes continued to burn and were blurry for the remainder of the night. They still felt a bit "sore" today. I have to also agree with some of the other reviews that the blue color looks fake and you can see a bit of the natural color of the eye in the middle. To sum up, I am very disappointed because the lens that are sold now are have a horrible muddy blue color because they have black stripes in them. Not sure if I will try them on again....”

“Absolute scam of a company when it comes to service.
Received my order, one of the lenses was faulty and ended up burning my eye.
After numerous communication, they agreed to send a replacement (had to take a picture and cut the lens in half).
This is where it gets interesting, shared the picture of the lens cut in half and ISABELLE, advised me this is not their lens and it looks completely different.
I then shared numerous pictures at different angles with no response for over 3 days. Raised as dispute with my bank which then miraculously triggered a response that a replacement will be sent.
Scam of a company which will try any tricks to get away. If you are not willing to go through a lengthy dispute process through your bank then do not order from them.
Response upon replacement received:
"As the issue has been resolved I would ask that you kindly contact your bank and ask for this dispute to be canceled/closed."”

“Contacts were not comfortable AT ALL, despite having a second pair shipped to me at the correct base curve. I tried 2 different pairs to no success. I have been wearing color contacts for over 20 years. Currently using the air optics brand for the last decade. Wished your contacts worked out as I waited impatiently to received them. “I sent 4 emails about my concern and no one has responded. They respond promptly to inquiries however, for concerns they don’t. I ordered 3 contacts and was very excited to wear them. I got them very quickly. I tried all of them on and was good until an hour. And two hours and three. I had to take them off on the 4th hour as my eyes couldn’t bare the burning. It gradually felt very uncomfortable. My eyes were burning. Even after I took off my contacts, my eyes can barely open and tearing non-stop. I reached out to them so I cab return and I can get a refund. No one ever responded. It is very disappointing. I spent a lot of money thinking I got quality contacts but nothing about it is quality.It is really very upsetting. Not even an email back to acknowledge receipt of my concern or any service recovery solution.”

obvious that you are wearing colored contacts, then you'll probably be happy. I personally think people look terrible with "fake looking eyes". But if the goal is to look like your eyes are naturally a different color than what you were born with then DO NOT ORDER.”
“Got my lenses through and they’re super scratchy and unwearable. Caused my eyes to blur and tear up. Can feel the irritation as soon as I put them in. I decided to look reviews up online to see if anyone else had this issue and I found lots of reviews online of people experiencing the same.
I have bought from Solotica for YEARS. You would think they’d help me out. Instead they wanted me to send a picture of my lenses and include my prescription which would be absolutely pointless.
For me to spend £80 on unwearable lenses is unacceptable and I will be going back to my previous provider Desio as I never had any issues with them.”
