“Steer clear of this company. They take no responsibility for their work nor their failings. I am having to take legal action against them and have now reported them to trading standards. Worst case, I believe they were also fraudulent when I changed my mind about upgrading the pipework from my front door to the pavement. On moving back in, the water pressure (which they had purportedly checked) was very low and their first comment was that they told me I should have upgraded the pipework to the pavement. As it turned out they had (I believe deliberately) left the stop valve only half open. They had also recommended that there was no need for access to the stop valve as the water could be turned off on the pavement. As a result, I had to have a newly laid floor dug up to show they had left the stop valve not properly open. They also failed to connect at all one of the radiators downstairs. Again, newly laid floor had to be taken up to fix it and they seem to blame everyone other than themselves.”
