NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES ....THEY SUDDENLY BARRED ME FROM BUYING ONLINE I WROTE 30 COMPLAINTS TO REQUEST WHAT WAS THE REASON ... 12 MONTHS ON THEY STILL REFUSE TO GIVE ANY REASON .... WHAT A BAD AND DISGRACEFUL COMPANY ... i wonder if the man himself is aware that these practices exist in his company ....”

BROUGHT THE LATEST SONY AG9 OLED TV LATE 2019 WITHIN 6 THERE IWERE ONGOING ISSUES AND THEN IT JUST BROKE DOWN, THE HARDWARE WENT ..... THIS WAS REPLACED HOWEVER I THOUGHT THESE TVS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE THE MOST RELIABLE ... IM NOT SO SURE”
“We bought a tv in January. About a month ago it just didn't go on. We still waiting for a replacement a month later. Disasatfactory customer service. Plus they send you emails and can't even get your name abd surname correct. I regret ever choosing Sony.”
