“I am very disappointed in Soon Maternity - I ordered two dresses, one that was too big and the other had stains on it. When I contacted their support to have these returned, they offered me $30 and told me that hopefully the stain would come out. This is not consistent with the quality assurance they say their clothes go through before being sent out, plus I emailed them twice after saying that is not a suitable solution that I want to return these clothes for a refund and they have not responded in a week. Not okay to have such terrible customer service and then ignore your customers.”
