“If there was a zero star that what I would give. Bought personalized bracelet with my kid's names for my husband's birthday. I wasn't at work when the order came so my friend signed for it. When I came back and opened the bracelet one of the kid's name was broken. Sooq is saying my friend should have opened the parcel and checked. That alone shows how fraudulent they are. How can you open someone's parcel? Anyway the loop hole they using is it's more than 14 days. Didn't even bother to collect and check if the bracelet has been worn or not. But anyway it's a lesson to buy from big reputable companies instead of these small companies. VERY DISAPPOINTED.”
