“Never bought a guitar online before and I was mildly concerned about it getting damaged on the courier, I was pleased to receive it in perfect condition which was solely down to how well packaged the item was before it was sent, next day delivery was also a great service. overall a first class experience with this company, thank you.”

“Sounds Great Music offer excellent service, knowledge along with help if required when buying or trying to decide what you want to try out before buying. They always have a very good range in stock, I have always been totally at ease thanks to the team asking anything and even more importantly to me when demoing any piece of gear regardless of the price. It does possess a warm, welcoming atmosphere which is simply not available at typical warehouse-sized chain retail outlets along with dealing/stocking a much wider range of brands, Especially in the pedal department. It would be simply not possible to spend a year inside and come anywhere close to exhausting the extensive range of pedals and effects from mini-sized stomp boxes through elaborate floorboard and rack unit options along with amplifiers covering the smallest digital processing based practice combos to the absolute pinnacle in modern all-valve heads + loud speaker cabinets which cover what you have heard on your favourite albums and trusted on the road by whichever bands you listen to. Equally diverse is the range of guitars from beginner to custom shop, One off orders built to suit your needs/wants. The same is true for all departments. If Sound Great Music deal/stock the brand then I always buy through them, I have never been disappointed, It just does not happen. I would whole heartedly recommend visiting in person if you are able to for trying out what you are thinking of purchasing for a full absolutely first rate experience along with their website, Ordering online is simple and their delivery service excellent also. A class act”

“Fantastically helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and patient staff which are a credit to this store. I was shopping for a complete guitar set up for myself and I was able to try out a selection of guitars and amps in a separate room and take as long as I needed. I was even helped bringing all the gear out to my car. I've had another shopping experience at a different music store and, believe me, the two do NOT compare! This is a fantastic local music shop and now that I'm back playing guitar again I shall keep coming back here.”

“Anytime i've ordered from Sounds Great online they have shipped very fast (Next day if ordered before 2pm.) They have an excellent cooling off period. If I wasn't happy with what I purchased I returned it and was refunded very quickly. I always check their online store before I purchase anywhere else. A1. John Campbell”

“Great to deal with, very helpful staff and purchases exactly what I was looking for.Also very fair on postage where I had purchased goods two days in a row, but was only charged one postage, which is refreshing in any business these days.Also received the goods by courier the next day, superb delivery service.I was even e-mailed as to the time of the delivery.Cannot praise Sounds Great enough, 5 star service.”
