“I have purchased from you guys in the past and I got help via WhatsApp in matching a colour. But this time the help was denied with a curt reply saying you guys don't help via WhatsApp. Also there a big delay in the delivery. Order was placed on 6th Sept and the order was delivered after 21 St Sept.”
