“My order for four pieces of fabric arrived promptly and three pieces of fabric (size, color, quality) matched my expectations perfectly. However, for an international order, the error made on the fourth piece of fabric can only be corrected by a refund or credit note, which is unfortunate when ordering for a specific project.”
