“The photos of the fabric are quite deceptive. I think your company needs to pay more attention on trying to display the colors of the fabric as accurate as possible. More effort could be invested in the integrity part so that you maintain the trust of your buyers for a longer period.”

However, due to factors not in our control, the colour that you see on your screen may vary from the real colour of the fabric. Minor variation in colour is unavoidable. “Wide and very tasteful well selected range of fabrics, prices reasonable I think, and perfect in their dealings: correct ordered items sent in good time, Cash On Delivery offered without extra charge; emails and phone calls attended to promptly and politely, queries answered; they even offer refund of returned items and refunds are paid quickly.
