“I ordered the item under COD. but delivery delayed and I was going out of town mailed to your customer support who asked me to make payment through a link which I did. Now when parcel came I was out of town and no paytcould be made since already payment was made. I have not got the item and 1592 rs is still with you. Very poor coordination by the sales department”

“I purchased four pure cotton fabrics. Three were excellent and very soft with good colours, but one was very rough and dull, such a poor quality fabric should not have been put up for sale”
