While waiting in the boarding area for my flight I observed the station agent, Jasmine, helping many passengers. Her disposition was so sunny and helpful! She put everyone at ease and helped them solve their issues. She is a real treasure, and really should be recognized for her excellent service. This was flight 4104 to San Diego on May 16, 2026.

When scheduling my trip from Texas to Las Vegas, somehow I accidentally booked the trip backwards and did not realize it until the day before!!!! In a panic I called customer service and they were happily able to fix my error and waived the difference in price which would have been $1600 for both of us!!!!! Then our return flight yesterday evening was already delayed an hour due to weather in Vegas.

March 1st I just booked a flight with Southwest and I had to call customer service to update all my info for my rapid rewards account. I've never had a problem with Southwest. I've always gotten cheaper flights without the frills. Get me to my designation. Looking forward to all my vacations this year. 2025 has been a great year ๐Ÿ˜ Looking forwarding to my upcoming trips. Life is great๐Ÿ˜Š ๐Ÿ›ฉ

Southwest airline is an EXCELENT airline. I ve been traveling with them for years, actually the most of my flights. The customer service is ecxelent, even online and out of the country. I am very satisfied and I hope that Southwest be focus on the good reviews to keep the business. Blessings!!!
