“It's incredibly frustrating. I've been in a back-and-forth situation with a manager regarding a repair that they've been unwilling to address, despite my consistent rent payments. Since July, I've been dealing with a door that doesn't close properly. I initially decided to wait it out, thinking it would fix itself, but the issue has worsened—now there's a crack in the landing beneath the door, and it’s become misshapen. I reported this during the autumn, and they suggested the cause was simply the changing weather, even though I had mentioned that this problem began in the summer. Despite providing multiple videos and images as evidence, they still deem it unnecessary to send someone for repairs. As a result, the door fails to shut properly, compromising privacy in that room. It’s quite disappointing.”

“Fly infestation coming from my Bathroom Vent agin for the 10th time. So I obviously hover them or open the window & waft them out as I don't want them in my crib so when Sovereign get here & say I can't see any I'm like because there in the hover or dead what do you want me to do leave them to multiple or for me just to leave every fly until I get an appointment? No I'm not crazy.
So I take pictures and videos for evidence as I'm sick & tired & offended by Nick Erwin who claims I'm lying or making it up how dare you say such a ridiculous thing just because you don't know how to do your job or your so lazy & just because your the manager you think you can slack do nothing like you have 10year.
So for the love of god get rid of the flys.”
