“Ordered products on the 23rd of June, they gladly took my money. Order was shipped on the 24th of June. On the 6th of July, I contacted Spartansuppz to ask for their assistance in locating my parcel. I was told " sorry to hear that you have not received your order, you will have to lodge a late parcel enquiry ". Their delivery partner has my parcel , is refusing to hand it over to me, let alone deliver it.
