Terrible delivery service through sendle. Went from Victoria to Sydney to Gold Coast back to Sydney and I’m still waiting two weeks later for it in northern nsw. Plenty of better supplement stores that get postage right. Won’t use again

The rule 1 casein I ordered has expiry of feb 2023. This is not cool and unfair. What if I don’t take supplement everyday!

Ordered products on the 23rd of June, they gladly took my money. Order was shipped on the 24th of June. On the 6th of July, I contacted Spartansuppz to ask for their assistance in locating my parcel. I was told " sorry to hear that you have not received your order, you will have to lodge a late parcel enquiry ". Their delivery partner has my parcel , is refusing to hand it over to me, let alone deliver it. Spartan has my money, good for them. Their delivery partner has my parcel and is refusing to deliver it. I, on a blind pension still have nothing to show for my purchase , othan a debt... cheers , today is the 15th of July, still no products.. well done

You can keep your store credit. I don’t want it. What I do want is my order. I have ordered bike parts from overseas that have come quicker than this. Why did I even bother with express posting? First and last time I ever buy anything threw here.

Don't buy from them!! ridiculous company, will never buy again. Only received half of my order and ignoring the problem.

Hey Peter, Thanks for your honest review. I can see that your order was received last Friday and you emailed with your issue shortly after. On Fridays, the office closes early and is not staffed over weekends, on top of that we actually had a public holiday on Monday 08/03. Please be assured this has not been ignored on purpose, and your email has been responded to this morning, the earliest possible time we could. Please feel free to head over that thread and we will have you looked after :)

Didn't get what i ordered sent different item when queried they said that i can send it back by following the link but never sent a link. Guessing i would be more out of pocket by sending the wrong item back. Great customer service!!

Please feel free to jump on there and lodge your return, being a dispatch error it will be a free return, we don't expect you to pay to have an item returned that was our error - if you do hit a snag please feel free to reach out and we can help you out :) As soon as you're able to have that returned, we can get you swapped over, credited or refunded for the item. Ordered something on the 6th October it’s now the 27th October and still hasn’t arrived. Contacted the company on the 20th said they would ‘raise a case’ with Australia Post and said it would take a few days. Now it’s a week later and being provided with no update. Regardless on whether it’s Australia Posts fault or not, I have had this occur in the past with smaller businesses who have refunded, reimbursed or resent products immediately providing efficient customer service response regardless on their investigation outcome. Spartan Suppz on the other hand are simply throwing their hands in the air blaming Australia Post and just letting the customer suffer for the mishap and happily pocket my afterpay payments in the mean time while sending me emails asking for reviews.

Our team has followed up with Australia Post by opening a case on October 20th (REF 35825114), but unfortunately, they still haven't responded to our request. Our team is going to reach out to you personally today to make this situation right and get it fixed up ASAP. In these times we are trying our best to get orders to customers ASAP, but unfortunately, Australia Post is not coping with the demand We will have this situation rectified for you today and want to apologise for you not receiving your order in an appropriate time frame

Hi Karin, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review at Spartansuppz.com. Our records show that your order was placed & dispatched from our warehouse on October 14th at 3.15pm. Your order was shipped with Australia Post Regular Shipping from our Victorian warehouse under the tracking Q68344250101000931507. The latest information on the tracking that we can see on Australia Post's website is it was last scanned at 7.16pm on October 14th. Seeing as there hasn't been any scans for 5 business days now, we are going to raise this case with Australia Post to investigate further. We do apologise for the delay in your order, we hope you can understand that we have dispatched your order within 8 hours of it being placed and it is unfortunately Australia Post who is delaying things here.
