“Placed an order. Site stated that I would receive my order in a few days, made payment in good faith; instead next day they sent and email saying "I am contacting your via email in order to ask you to provide a photo (with your phone) of: - the card you’ve used to complete your transaction (please leave only the first four and the last four digits of your card number visible, as well as the card expiry date and the cardholder's name. - a copy of a proof of address (electricity bill, phone bill…) with your address." Also apparently there are sometimes unclear charges from partner companies- I asked about that and didn't get an answer. Sketchy, very frustrating, and asking way too much for a purchase of shoes. I wrote emails and got form replies; waiting for (hoping for) a refund. I'll never deal with them again unless I need to contest charges.”

“⚠️⛔️⚠️ I just received my order. Shocking!!! UPS charged me £ 45 because is shipped from France I didn't know that however the extra delivery charge should be applied on total of the order not on website or any other paragraph. 1000 of orders coming from abroad no one duble charge on shipping clothes shoes or small things. I ordered just shoes from this 🇬🇧 UK site . So on my order said delivery ups 4.98 and then on delivery the Ups guy asked £ 45 PAID and if you need return other £ 45. Crazy ⚠️Everyone have this problem have to report this site.Ombudsman Google or wherever. NEVER AGAIN. ⛔️”

“I ordered a pair of shoes, 0n th 19th July, they were ment to be delivered 22nd July, I was going out that day, so I had them redirected to the local newsagent which is our pick up point, This was confirmed, but I am still waiting for a email to say they have been delivered to the pick up point I even went in there yesterday but still no sight there are a birthday present for this week very disappointed”
