“Specialty Graphics has always been helpful and prompt with orders and any questions that I have had. Their response time could not be any quicker. “I have ordered from Specialty Graphics since we started our small business. They are super prompt on delivery. If you every have a question they are quick at responding. I had a problem with one roll of vinyl that I received and they promptly made it right. “Finally, Genuine JPSS paper ! I bought JPSS from Amazon in 2019. It worked fine. Then, I got a new lot in 2025. It was garbage, and could not be peeled off at all. I wasted many shirts before returning it. It was likely counterfeit, or perhaps stored improperly. I decided to order from Specialty Graphics, which is an official seller. Everything went smoothly. The paper works fine.”
