“Specialty Graphics has always been helpful and prompt with orders and any questions that I have had. Their response time could not be any quicker. In the 10 years I've been buying their products, I have never had to return anything for any reason at all. In this day and age, that says a lot about their commitment to their customers.”

“I got cheated out of my $10 discount for subscribing to the newsletter because apparently I picked the wrong email when I did. I then got accused of trying to create two accounts (I just used a different email for the newsletter) and threatened that my account would be shut down. EXTREMELY sadden by the direction this company has gone!”

“I purchased this product not knowing what I was going to receive. I was using flock material from 3 other companies and when I made my template and tried to remove it from mat, the templates ripped, leaving them unable to be used. I even went as far as soaking my template and mat overnight in some soapy water to get the template off of the mat. Epic fail!!! When your product arrived I created a template, cut it and held my breath when it came time to remove it from the mat! SUCCESS!!!!! The removal was almost effortless!!! I won’t use the other flock material again (unless I’m in a pinch). You have a very satisfied customer!!!”

“I have been trying to find pink glitter HTV that qualifies as HOT PINK. The color I found here was called Hot Pink by Siser and was spot on. My other supplier does not carry this color. So I am now a new customer. Thanks!! I used the online order system and had no contact with anyone, so the other questions on this survey do not apply.”

“GREAT SERVICE, FAST TURN AROUND. THEY HAPPENDED TO BE OUT OF THE 75 FT ROLL OF VINYL I ORDERED. SOMEONE CALLED ME AND SAID THEY COULD SEND THE EQUIVALENT IN MORE THAN ONE ROLL. IT WAS FINE WITH ME. SHORTLY AFTER SPEAKING TO SOMEONE I GOT A SHIP NOTICE. GREAT SERVICE.”
