“I visited Speed Superbikes on 06/04/24, and was very taken with a Honda Rebel 500. I dealt with Mark, who was an absolute gent throughout, and was willing to offer me sound advice without any pressure. A little later I placed a deposit on the machine. However, on my return home, I realised that through my own naivety there were a number of features on the particular model that I had omitted to check were present. It was entirely my mistake, as I should have done more thorough research prior to viewing, but I consequently made the choice that this bike would not be for me, so withdrew my deposit with no loss to myself. Whilst I didn’t purchase the bike, the initial experience was very positive, and I have no doubt had I done so, I would have every confidence in them. It was a shame that the bike wasn’t for me, as I’m certain I could have trusted them to be as good as their word. Thanks Mark and the team, hope to be back soon.”
