“Very quick to make the collection. However the driver was in too much of a hurry to spend 30 seconds to call the receiver and let them know they had made the collection and were on their way.”

Good morning Josh, Thank you for your feedback. Please be advised that the office did call the receiver once collected to advise her of the current delivery time. We also gave them 3 further updates throughout the day to keep them up to date. The driver then called them 10 minutes before delivery as instructed so they could meet them on site - which they did. “Speedy Courier Services were fantastic. I was in a complete dilemma - train tickets for 34 people at an office needing collecting, which I had no way of getting to and not enough time to get there. They collected them within around 45-50 minutes and delivered them to the right location within the same time again. They called when they had them in their hand and then delivered them and let me know they had arrived. What more could you ask for?! The staff are friendly and so helpful. I was in a complete panic and they assured me they would sort it - and they did. 5* SCS, you were great!”
