“Very quick to make the collection. However the driver was in too much of a hurry to spend 30 seconds to call the receiver and let them know they had made the collection and were on their way.”

Good morning Josh, Thank you for your feedback. Please be advised that the office did call the receiver once collected to advise her of the current delivery time. We also gave them 3 further updates throughout the day to keep them up to date. The driver then called them 10 minutes before delivery as instructed so they could meet them on site - which they did. “I recently used the service to deliver an envelope of private and confidential papers from Bolton to Manchester. The item was picked up within half an hour of placing the order and was delivered to Manchester within 20 minutes. I received delivery confirmation straight to my inbox and then the VAT receipt was emailed within 24 hours. A service I would definitely recommend and use again. Charlie was also very helpful and made placing the order quick and efficient.”

“The collection was promised within 60 mins but after 30 min of arranging collection we were notified that there was a shortage of Drivers in the 'collection' area and there would be a delay, therefore the collection was not collected until 2 hours after arranging. This was not ideal but nothing could be done. This was a drawback for me but I understood the situation. The delivery time from collection to delivery was as approximated considering London traffic. This was a one off emergency station for us but I would consider using this company again.”

“The service was quick and well executed. I would suggest that they get their drivers to wear uniforms though, as it would have re-assured me that I wasn't just handing my documents to some random guy. It arrived on time and payment was fairly simple. I'd be happy to use their service again.”

“We had an urgent delivery but missed DHL deadline of 1.30pm for next day. Speedy Courier where able to collect our parcel at 4.30pm and deliver it to Newcastle by 9am the next day. Great service.”

“Speedy Couriers helped me out of a real pickle recently. Charlie was the lady that dealt with me; she walked me through the process, helped me choose the right option for my needs & most importantly sent me email updates to keep me in the loop.
