“I ordered a boost expecting to jump in dungeons with a "fire team" pretty quickly, especially sinse their live chat promised a start time of within an hour. Instead, I was left waiting while they apparently struggled to find a booster. Four hours later they assigned someone who wan't even available because he was still in SCHOOL, maybe because "Pro" booster didn't do his homework haha. The support team telling me to "chill" and "stop spamming." I paid for a service that's supposed to be completed in two hours tops, not to be held hostage waiting over 14 hours just to start, trash and the worst experience that I've ever had”

And only later I got what's going on... I'm not sure if they are legit at all, likely you can chargeback”

But every time EACH ORDER I'M WAITING FOR NOTHING. Support informed that the order was completed, but when I tried to check it - I found that account is banned. And support said that there would be no refund, because it's completed. WHAT?
