The customer service Rose P who read my request just sent a template stating the Same. Either you buy something else with store credit or you lose your money for good. Absolutely a rip off and disgustingly shady when it comes to policies. I will never buy anything from this business ever again. And this was my very first experience. At a loss of words.”
