This is a horrible company!!!!. Shipping costs are a scam!!! They will lose your stuff and they will claim that it’s your fault. They will never ship it l to you on time and . If at all ..They’ve had my packages for close to a year and lost at least three or four of them they overcharge for the shipping cost, their shipping costs are obscene.!!!! they claim that they repack the items which is another lie . they do not they send it in the original papers and boxes and put the items with the original papers and boxes in additional new boxes, …which only Adds additional weight and increase the cost of the shipping
Making the cost not reasonable at all

I still have not received majority of my parcels from them and it’s been almost a year since they received them and I fight with them over it every single day to ship it to me. I never received my money back for my parcels that they lost.
They refused to reply to emails and take accountability. They constantly come up with excuses Extremely,, unreliable ,and unprofessional company. I would not recommend them at all. It’s not worth it. You will lose more than you will gain. they have extremely negative Google reviews from a a lot
of people somehow they were able to hide them . I lost over $1000 with them. And maybe more”
“Scam !!!! I have been waiting for my parcels for three months and they’re not shipping them total merchandise value $20,000. This is definitely a scam. They don’t answer the phone not on WhatsApp nor on mobile directly and they’re not replying to emails. This is unbelievable that accompany in the United States will do things like this and scam people like that.”

Wow, I have no words. This is the worst company to deal with do not order packages to be shipped to them. I’ve sent them over 100 emails with no response they say they received my parcel but they’re not shipping it to me. I ended up in the emergency room With very high blood pressure because of all distress they put me through they don’t answer the emails. They don’t acknowledge the chats they don’t care it’s a scam they steal your merchandise I had to file a police report do not ship through them if you ever wanna see your merchandise Lost a lot of money there’s scammers !!! I recommend for anybody that encountered loss because of them to file a police report but they’re doing illegal it’s fraud”
