“ My indoor bike arrived Friday gone, in a damaged box and retaped. Half the bike missing. Now have sent the messages to them and no response. So angry. Says call customer service to arrange returns. Noone there as message says email only. Don't know what to do as all working from home and clearly don't want to deal with it😡😡😡😡absolute rubbish company.will wait in anticipation to return and for refund. Don't recommend at all. ”

“ I ordered an exercise bike from this company. This arrived fairly quickly to be fair but had a couple of parts missing which are vital to using it. So far I have emailed them 3 times to ask for advice or the missing part. I have had no response and after reading other reviews I am less than optimistic I will receive what I require. Terrible/non existent customer service at would avoid this company in the future and recommend others avoid them as well, dubious company to say the least!! ”
