“I invested over £36,000, then nothing, no contact, no one seems to know them at the addresses they gave. This is a scam, reported to action fraud, I have got private investigators to find these people, carlton huxley will hopefully find these scum bags.”

“This is definitely a sophisticated scam. I have contacted the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau. I invested £6500 back in December 2019 following my own due diligence and was sent various brochures, articles (allegedly written by the Guardian Newspaper) - then sent my account details and a link showing how my £6,500 was being invested and growing. Having got my 'hooked in'. They persuaded me to make a further £16000 investment in February of this year, and that's when everyone disappeared and no replies to my emails. Phone number just went through to a messaging service initially, but now it is constantly 'engaged' and the only mobile number I had of Peter James is no longer in use. I tried using the website to cash in my original £6500, but the link goes nowhere.”

“this is a scam. i invested £17,500 with sportex and all i have received back is £250.now they refuse to talk to me,i have reported them to action fraud also informed the 0800 call management company that they are facilitating a fraudulent company taking money of customers.this is an authorised push payment scam so do not invest”

“I initially invested with Sportex and was a little unsure whether they could deliver to the level they projected in 2018. We invested a small amount of money and then after three months we gained a little confidence and increased our investment. Over the first 12 months I achieved a return of 38% tax free and when I asked for the money back it was in my account within 6 hours. Every Monday I was sent an e-mail telling me the performance for that week and once a month I got a courtesy call from Stuart just to check all was well and did I want anything from himself or Sportex. This may well be one of those opportunities that is actually as good as it portrays and I will certainly be reinvesting a larger sum in 2020. I want to say thank you to all at Sportex.”
