“The delivery address and billing address were indicated on the order.
The tracking details provided were not correct. The order arrived at billing and not the delivery address as stated!!! Am unable to return as spray paint is a flammable liquid. The nearest Hermes collection and return point is too far from me. Left with items I didn't need. The intended recipient will have to source these items elsewhere. Do not waste your time and money on this unhelpful incompetent company!”

One of those companies who are cheap and penny-pinching enough to use Hermes as their medium of delivery (or rather NON-delivery). Second time that Hermes (or Herpes as I prefer to call them) has ruined an order from Sprayster, and this is the LAST time I will be shopping with them. I would rather pay more for my paints and have them delivered when I need them, rather than having to waste time chasing them and Herpes whilst still not being able to get on with my planned work. It shows how little Sprayster really cares about its customers that I even have to write this NEGATIVE review. AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO WASTE!!!”
