“I saw the boots online and the pic looked very cute. I saw they were 50% off . Ended up being $75 after tax and shipping. I ordered my size and when they came , they were terrible quality! Especially for the price! The stitching was coming apart. The “ leather” part of the boot was cracked and they looked like something you’d order off wish. They were not true to size either . I can fit a 5-5.5 and they feel like a size 8 or something. What a rip off and scam. I was going to return them but the process seemed like way too much and I now see the reviews and see how hard it is to return if they even do return. DO NOT BUY”
“I have three pairs of these sandals and they are very cute but not well made. I got home tonight and both my sandals. We're falling apart because it's fake stitching, which actually makes the cork sole fall apart. If they're going to sell stuff that falls apart after two years, they better lower the price.”
“Customer service is deplorable. Ordered two pair. One pair looked worn and were falling apart called customer service. They had me send pictures and sent me return shipping label to send the sandals back never received a refund. I called them four times and they said there would be no refund that those shoes. I told them to check the records. I contacted customer service the same day the shoes arrived, and sent pictures. They had the unmitigated nerve to send me an email that said they would give me 50% back gift card on the shoes and turned around and sent me another email that said no credit were sending you back the worn shoes. I spend 500-900 a year on there shoes no more.”

Charged an extra $120 for "Additional Freight Fees" which were on top off the freight that had already been calculated and applied during checkout. The additional amount was taken out of my bank as a separate transaction days later and had not been agreed upon or notified during checkout.
I queried the amount as I thought it was a scam and this was their reply,

The initial taxes and duties paid at the time of purchase cover the estimated costs for shipping the goods to the destination country. However, additional charges, duties, and taxes may be incurred by the destination country's customs authority based on their assessment of the shipment. These additional charges are beyond our control and are determined by the destination country's customs regulations and policies. This information is also mentioned in the Fine Details of our International Shipping Policy.”

“I was very excited when I got these boots. They are
very cute and warm. I received a lot of
compliments on them right after I got them. I had
only worn them about 10 times and had them less
than 3 months. One afternoon I had worn my
boots and was working on a project where I was
kneeling and the boots must have rubbed against
the carpet. I was very sad later to realize that the
top layer of the boot actually rubbed off. I paid
over $100 for the boots and was hoping for them
to last longer than this. I contacted the
manufacturer several times with photos and they
keep telling me that they can not determine that
this is a manufactured defect. A typical boot may
get scratched, but the surface layer is peeling
away. The manufacturer has offered me a discount
towards their store, but I really feel that they
should exchange the boot for me. I do love the
look and comfort of this boot, but would just know
that you have to take extra care not to allow
anything to rub up against the surface. Still
waiting for a satisfactory solution.”
