“Very disappointed in the customer service that I received. Brand new boots were ripped and they offered 15% off another pair. Won't be shopping here anymore.”
“I’ve purchased two pair of the L’Artiste shoes and they both tore in the exact same spot. They are pricey shoes and I expected to wear them more than a handful of times before they broke. I believe it is a manufacturing problem.”
“THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD. Purchased shoes here... they were shipped via FedEx from Pompano Beach, FL and were delivered to Pompano Beach, FL. I live across the country from Florida! They shipped the to themselves so it looks like the package was delivered. DONT BUY FROM HERE !!!”
“I was very excited when I got these boots. They are
very cute and warm. I received a lot of
compliments on them right after I got them. I had
only worn them about 10 times and had them less
than 3 months. One afternoon I had worn my
boots and was working on a project where I was
kneeling and the boots must have rubbed against
the carpet. I was very sad later to realize that the
top layer of the boot actually rubbed off. I paid
over $100 for the boots and was hoping for them
to last longer than this. I contacted the
manufacturer several times with photos and they
keep telling me that they can not determine that
this is a manufactured defect. A typical boot may
get scratched, but the surface layer is peeling
away. The manufacturer has offered me a discount
towards their store, but I really feel that they
should exchange the boot for me. I do love the
look and comfort of this boot, but would just know
that you have to take extra care not to allow
anything to rub up against the surface. Still
waiting for a satisfactory solution.”
“The L'Artiste boots I bought from Springstep are the best I have ever bought. Extremely comfortable (and they have a heel)! Super cute and unique. Love!”
“Spring Step shoes (especially the L'Artiste line) are gorgeous, well-made, and reasonably affordable. The website is easy to navigate and the shipping time wasn't too bad. Returns are easy (though with a $7 restocking fee, unless you're making an exchange).”
