“Initially, I thought I was making smart investment moves, but things quickly spiraled out of control. When I realized I had lost a significant amount, I reported it to the police and my bank, hoping they could help recover my money. “Springwell have let a property which on day 1 of tenancy is not fit to live in - blocked and uncovered waste water drain, food waste, broken furniture, sanitary products in front and rear yard, peeling, damaged and damp floors, mould, issues with fire safety, inadequate lighting, ventilation/extraction, windows which do not open, the list goes on. The manner of the staff after complaining is unprofessional and unhelpful.”

“Unable to get deposit returned. No communication at all despite emails and messages. Should be paid within 10 days of contract ending!!!”
