“Ordered a camera that was defective. As soon as I wanted to return it I heard nothing back. I’ve tried emailing and calling for months now, nothing. $145 wasted. It’s been since February I haven’t been able to get a hold of them since. Have sent numerous emails and left voicemails.”

“1/31/24 I have called and left messages"VM" as well as 4 emails for setup help for a month now and no replies. "0" stars if possible. I am unable to use my camera with the battery pack I purchased due to not having a close outlet. The camera will not work on just the battery which negates why I paid for the battery. After reading their return policy, now it's been too late while waiting on a response. Shop elsewhere. Also, they do not deliver unless someone can sign M-F 9-5. Most people work and it gets sent back to them and they don't reply to ANY type of communication. I had to fight through PayPal to get my money back the first time to then reorder and sent to my job. And now stuck again.”

“Company goes m.i.a. when time to give refunds. Product never opened, rma number obtained, all instructions followed, item arrives back to them on time yet no refund and can't get ahold of anyone there even two months later.”

“Support???? There is no support. Trying to find a support phone number is a hassle but no one answers. So you leave your call back number and never receive a call. Thus no support!!’”
