About Sqin By HC:

SQIN Founder Hannah Cashmore moved to Australia from the UK in 2009. Instantly Hannah recognised the harsh differences in climate from the UK and Australia and evidently saw the damage on her Australian patient's skin. After the last 9 years of trying, testing and using different products and treatments on the market, she still couldn’t find something that she was happy with. This inspired Hannah to create and develop her very own skincare that could help her beautiful clients, so SQIN was born in 2018.

“Not quite as good as I expected from your ads. I spent $157 and I so disappointed in the lip plumper. If it is windy outside it blows your hair onto your face and sticks to your lips and it really doesn’t work that well.”

Hey Bree I’m so sorry you haven’t received your parcel, as discussed via email unfortunately Australia Post didn’t scan your initial item. You emailed to let me know that your item hadn’t arrived, so I sent you out a second parcel the following morning. It’s very likely you will still receive both parcels. I would expect your initial items to come this week and your complementary parcel on Monday 22nd as per your tracking. Thanks Hannah

“I bought this product expecting great results but couldn’t get the product out !! One I finally managed to get the smallest amount through the applicator it burnt my lips like crazy!! Might be good to provide a little warning with the product so people know what to expect . I took before and after photos and has no difference . Disappointed ☹️”

“Unfortunately the product wasn’t doing what was promised :/ I tried it couple times but my lips did looked exactly as before.. proof through before and after pictures, so sad really hoped it would work!”

“Paid express post and the item was not posted for two days. Found the lip gloss okay, had a tingle but no plumping occurred.”

With regards to our Crystal Roller, I note we still have not received your returned product. “Not happy it does NOT help you at all. Burns your lips and DOES NOT do what it says on the description. For under your eyes a $10 eye cream from the chemist works better. I would NOT recommend it to anyone. ☹️ Waste of money 💰”
