“We were in the dark for just over an hour after calling SSE. The good chap then arrived and replaced our main supply fuse and all was well. Very good timing considering our battery powered light died the very same moment the lights came on. Very impressed with the service.”

“Always great customer service staff are so helpfull, have been a customer for many years and have no complaints to make at all they are always on the ball, sadly I hear they may be taken over by OVO energy, but I have not been notified as yet, but I also have my broadband and telephone with SSE so I will probably stay with SSE on that side if they leave the energy business because I am so confident that if a problem occurred that someone on the other end of the line could help me very quickly.”
