“Since I started using Stacey's recipes it's easy to get food on the table in a short time and my husband loves everything . Food is so delicious and tastes nothing like any kind of diet food, yet it's low in carbs which is a plus for me. When I order I know my products will be here in a few days. Once a bottle came broken from shipping and I contacted Stacey , I sent a picture and received a new product right away. No hassle. I have ordered some of my favorite spices several times, at first I thought it was a little pricey but the food tastes so good we don't need to eat out as much, so for us it's a win win. I have been ordering for a couple of years and have never been disappointed.”

“I ordered the L&G cookbook but not the spice blends because they are so expensive. Every recipe uses one or more of her spice blends. Online it says that they provide substitutions for her spice blends. BUT... the book doesn't provide ratios of the spices. And the book says that they used other spices plus what's listed. So you just have to guess and hope the flavor is OK. Also the recipes are not printed in any order or category. Poorly done.”

Hi Phyllis and thanks so much for your review (and for your email). As we discussed, we do clearly state in the description that our cookbook and products go hand-in-hand to make the recipes flavorfully perfect and consistent every time. And no, we can't provide ratios because for the amounts used, it would not always correlate and never be "right" so we just can't take the risk with the potential of ruining your recipes. Regarding the order- we also clearly say in the intro letter to the cookbook that they are put that way on purpose. Cookbooks are highly personal, as are recipes and we want our users to organize them in the fashion that works best for their kitchens. Some prefer to organize by protein, others by genre, and others by spices. We do not assume to know what is best for you :). That being said, we do have a money back guarantee on the cookbook. Please just follow the instructions on the returns page and we will gladly take it back. If you do return it, we would love to have you keep all the spice samples and extra goodies that came with your package as our gift. Happy cooking and best wishes on program.

“I received another order of SH great spices, {Kickin cajun} for the first time love it on anything that needs a little kick. My husband and I started the "Optiva" diet a little over one year ago. I struggled until I found Stacey Hawkins recipes and spices. I have lost 40#s and my husband is down 50#s we couldn't have done it without your help. “On a health journey and Stacey’s information popped up on a search. Started watching her videos and found them very helpful and couldn’t believe how easy her recipes sounded. Watched (for way to many months gathering information) then decided to order some (OK, several) of her spices and her L&G recipe book. Just got them and immediately tried the Garlic Crusted Baby Back Ribs and the Air Fryer Jicama fries - so many other recipes marked to try. Lots of recipes are provided online and are easy to follow - bonus are the videos on the site for several recipes. The spice combination is very fresh and flavorful and were a hit with my family. Even those not on a health journey commented on how good everything tasted (now that is a win). The recipes and the spices make cooking fun again and I look forward to cooking great tasting food with variety and flavor to sustain my health journey successes. Food shouldn’t be bland, Stacey has carefully tested and combined some great spice options to enhance and revitalize even those ordinary dishes I make - incredible flexibility, can’t go wrong. “My coach suggested your website. I had been on plan a year or so ago and had lost within 10 pounds of my goal. Then life got in the way and I found myself traveling 600 miles frequently to help take care of my aging parents. I started out strong on my eating plan in the beginning but the stress and the inconsistent hours I kept did me in. I decided I needed to get things back under control as my weight was heading in the wrong direction. My cholesterol was up and my blood pressure was of concern of my doctor though I was already on blood pressure meds. So here I am starting over again. I like trying new and different recipes and Stacy‘s recipes are wonderful. I have come to believe that spices can make a world of difference in how a recipe tastes. With her recipes I know exactly how much of each spice to use to stay compliant and they taste so much better. I also appreciate that if we have yet to have one of her spice Blends that she tells you what’s in the particular blend. I am looking forward to trying more recipes and doing better about staying on plan.”

“Once I reached 55, it seemed that the fat in my midsection just kept piling on. I tried EVERYTHING and it seemed that I just kept adding. Im too young to let myself go. We have friends that are doing Optavia and its working but not something i can afford. I love to cook but i needed recipes that work. Stacy made it happen for me! Her recipes are so flavorful and im FINALLY dropping weight. I feel healthier and im much happier. I will continue to use her spices after I get to my goal weight. “I have been enjoying all of the products that I have ordered to enhance my Lean & Green Meals while following the OPTAVIA 5 &1 plan. A few of my favorites are the Dash of Desperation for everything and the Brightening blend for broccoli and fish. The Balsamic Mosto Cotto is delicious on fresh garden tomatoes and salads. My only issue is that I want to try Stacy's entire product line and can't decide what I want to order next. Delivery is fast and products are securely packaged. I am so glad that I found this site!”
