"My mom and I have both been on the 5 & 1 plan for over 8 months. I found Stacy's website researching recipes. Decided to buy a few of the spice blends - truffle black garlic parm I cannot say enough! Seriously! So, for Mother's Day, I decided that a gift set of the cookbooks and 10 of the small sample packs would be great for my mom. They got shipped right away and when my mom opened the box she said to me on the phone, \"This is the BEST Mother's Day present EVER!\" She's got cats so flowers are not a good idea and of course, she is trying to lose weight so candy is even worse, right?! If we're all honest, no one needs another coffee cup. So, Stacy's cook books were a hit. She has tons of ideas now not only to cook for herself but can \"WoW!\" her girlfriends when she has a dinner party. Thanks Stacy & the team for all your hard work and sharing your love of food with the rest of us."

"This is one of the first things I purchased from Stacy's website. Her recipes are a gold mine for being on the 5&1 plan. I am a foodie. I was tired of eating the same things over and over. I had some success on plan, but still need to lose another 30 more pounds. This seasoning was a GAME CHANGER for me!!! I saut\u00e9 leeks, mushrooms and spinach to make a healthy portion of greens for my L&G and 3\/4 tsp of this seasoning with a spray of avocado oil just to keep it from sticking to the pan is perfect with just about any protein. Its good on cloudies (no-carb bread made with egg whites and cream cheese) with eggs in the am, it is good as just a side with fish, chicken or beef. I even tossed fresh broccoli in a little olive oil and the truffle & black garlic parm seasoning together. Baked it in the air fryer and my 18 yr old step-son LIKED IT!!! He doesn't like broccoli...ever. Not even smothered in cheese!\r\n\r\n Stacy Hawkins has some great ideas and has been an integral part of my success on plan. I've lost over 60 lbs and intend to keep it off. I'm never going back to that old person. Thank you Stacy for sharing your knowledge and good recipes to help others achieve success on plan. I even bought my mom one of the recipe books with 10 -trial packs for Mother's Day. She has cats and can't keep any flowers so I'm always looking for non-traditional gifts for her. She's lost 30 pounds on plan and this was a great way to celebrate that as well as her devotion to being my mom. "
