HOWEVER, getting it requires that you work with their customer service person... and the communication is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE about everything, including their backwards process and and followup status. They rely mostly on a crappy online ordering system that looks to be from about 1997
Stadri are just brokers for a China-based embroidery house, so you can also forget about doing anything quickly. Figure about a month at the ABSOLUTE BEST.
Weeks go by without followup... even when a customer might have accidentally missed one of their (terrible) system generated emails. I've suffered through two orders trying to give them a second chance, but it's just too painful. I do not recommend these guys.”
“I used Stadri in the past and decided to give them another go. I kept asking for rush services and was ignored each time. Patches finally arrived about two weeks after I needed them and they were the wrong size and wrong color. I've been trying to get replacement patches made but emails go unanswered and the phone just rings until the system disconnects. It's been almost two weeks since they were delivered and still no resolution on getting the patches corrected. I email them every day asking for a status update and every email goes unanswered.”
