“Had high hopes as I enjoy Starbucks but they prioritised others so that my order was cold ( porridge ) and my tea of average temperature. It’s not like me to give a bad review but I needed to in this case.”
“Nightmare. Miserable staff. Ordered vegan meatball wrap. Stood waiting a very long time although not busy. I was asked by 2 different staff members what I was waiting for, still another 10 mins before I got it, by then I'd nearly finished my drink anyway. Finally got. Far too hot to the point of it being a soggy mess. Couldn't pick it up so asked for a knife and fork. I was told I had to buy it. This wasn't a cheap set either, it was a bamboo set! 😮 Wow. Just shocking .”
“The staff at the highcross branch are just rude as hell especially that blonde waitress obnoxious and she tried scamming my friend by selling a small drink when she paid for a large. And I’m sure she spat in my drink it smelt kinda funky.”
“We went to the Leicester city one today in the high cross shopping centre. It was chaos! there was a lady who worked there and shouted at nearly every customer telling them things they should be doing. There appears to be stickers missing on the floor causing some confusion, this just added to the lady shouting further as
People rightly naturally got confused. It was very unclear and the yelling made the environment massively uncomfortable as several of us agreed that the shouting was so unnecessary and aggressive. I spoke to others in the que who were waiting for their drinks and they all said that they had been told off and shouted at. I walked out of there with my drink and my ears we’re ringing from the ladies constant yelling. It was a relief to be away from the shouting that was relentless. The drinks themselves were amazing but not sure if I will visit here again. Somebody in the que asked the lady not to shout and I clapped and agreed as this needed to be said.”
